These are our study groups, not the official exam blueprint.

Optional: reads a completed free diagnostic from this browser only when you click. A single question per topic is a starting point, not a measure of your overall knowledge.

Your dates and time allowances are used in this browser to calculate the plan. Planner measurement events use broad categories, without your exact dates, work pattern or diagnostic answers. No account needed.

A plan you can actually use between shifts.

Your time stays yours.

A 15-minute allowance stays 15 minutes. Choose zero on workdays if you need that time to rest. Exam day never gets a study session.

Your next action is clear.

Follow a topic link, review your notes, practise recalling key points, and record what needs another look. Selected topics come first.

Your schedule goes with you.

Print the full plan or download all-day calendar reminders. You choose whether to import the file; no calendar connection is required.

Before you build your plan

Can I build a plan around a camp rotation?

Yes. Enter the first workday of a known rotation, your days on and off, and separate study minutes for workdays and days off. Zero minutes leaves that type of day clear. You can also choose specific weekdays instead.

Do I need an account or a paid plan?

No. Building, printing and downloading this plan are free. The 10-question diagnostic is also free without an account or card. Your sample diagnostic report stays in this browser; a free account and deeper paid practice are optional.

Does this tell me whether I will pass?

No. This is an availability planner, not a pass prediction, eligibility assessment or official study requirement. Its ten topics are NCSO Prep study groups, not the official exam blueprint. Confirm certification and exam requirements with ACSA.

What happens when I download or share?

The calendar button downloads an .ics file with all-day study reminders and the minutes you allocated. You choose whether to import it; the planner does not access your calendar. The share button copies a blank planner link without your dates, rotation or results.

Can I use my free diagnostic results?

Use the optional import button to select topics with missed answers from a completed 10-question diagnostic saved in this browser. You can change the selections. One question per topic is a small sample and cannot measure overall knowledge or predict a pass.

How are study sessions allocated?

Your selected topics come first, followed by the remaining NCSO Prep topics, then the sequence repeats. Each session divides only the minutes you entered between notes, practice or recall, and review. The full schedule runs from today until the day before your exam or target date, up to 365 days ahead.

Know someone studying around shifts?

Send them the free planner. The link opens a blank plan, so your schedule and results stay out of it.
