1. The service
NCSO Prep is an independent exam-preparation platform for the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Not affiliated, no guarantee
NCSO Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA), the CFCSA, or any certifying body. Our content is original study material referenced against publicly available legislation and standards. While we work hard to keep content accurate and current, we do not guarantee you will pass any exam, and official sources always prevail over our material.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; don't share accounts across a crew — team plans are coming for that.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank; don't attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't use the platform for anything unlawful.
5. Content & ownership
The question bank, explanations, field guide, branding, and software are the property of NCSO Prep. Your training data is yours — export it anytime, delete it anytime.
6. Subscriptions
NCSO Prep offers a free tier and paid Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans. Current prices and included features are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund time already used. Lifetime is a one-time payment for continued access to the features included in that plan. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and early-access accounts keep the access already granted to them.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCSO Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam outcomes, arising from use of the platform.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
