Free NCSO practice test
NCSO Prep offers a genuinely free NCSO practice tier: the complete Legislation module, with no credit card required and no trial timer. You get adaptive spaced-repetition scheduling, answers with the legislative reference behind each one, and a Readiness score. The remaining nine modules and full timed mock exams are part of Premium, from CA$19 per month.
What free actually includes
- The complete Legislation module — the Alberta OHS Act, Regulation and Code; duties of employers, supervisors, workers and prime contractors; due diligence; enforcement
- Spaced-repetition scheduling — questions return at the moment you are about to forget them
- Answers with references — every answer shows the legislation it comes from, so you learn the rule, not the letter
- Your Readiness score — an honest measure that combines accuracy, coverage and retention
- Offline access — installs as an app and works with no signal
- No credit card, no trial countdown
Why Legislation is the free module
It is the foundation the other nine are built on. Hazard assessment, inspections, investigation and auditing all reference duties and obligations defined in legislation. Candidates who are shaky here tend to be shaky everywhere, so it is the most useful place to start and the fairest thing to give away.
What Premium adds
All ten modules, unlimited full timed mock exams at the real 100-question / 2 hours / 75% format, the complete searchable question library, and the Field Guide of thresholds and formulas. CA$19 per month, CA$129 per year, or CA$199 once for lifetime access.
